Delivery Times

UK: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
Requirements: Delivered via flatbed truck. A crane or hiab is required to position the swim spa on-site.
Delivery Process

Preparation: A 6-inch thick concrete base is required to support the full footprint of the swim spa.

Crane/Hiab Hire: Estimated costs range between £500-£1500 for a crane and £200-£400 for a hiab.
Coordination: Flexible delivery scheduling to align with crane or hiab hire for seamless installation.
Assembly

Professional handling ensures safe and efficient installation. The spa is delivered as a single-lift item.

Returns Policy
30-Day Window: Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Damage caused by using incorrect sanitising chemicals (e.g., pool chlorine instead of spa-specific chlorine).
Unauthorised modifications or use of non-recommended parts.
Indirect damages such as inconvenience, lost time, or consequential issues.

Extended Warranty:

For additional peace of mind, we offer an Extended Warranty that begins immediately after the original warranty expires. This optional coverage extends protection for an extra two years, ensuring key components like pumps, heaters, and circuit boards remain protected.
