Returns Policy:

You may cancel your order anytime before the goods are dispatched without any penalty.
If the goods have left the warehouse, return charges may apply, particularly if:
• The order is canceled after dispatch.
• Delivery cannot be completed due to access issues.
• The customer is unavailable to receive the order.

Exclusions: Custom or bespoke orders cannot be refunded.
The item must be in its original packaging and condition. Returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3-Year Wood Warranty:

Insignia saunas are built using premium Canadian Spruce, known for its durability and natural beauty. Minor variations in color, grain, and fine cracks are normal and part of the wood’s natural character. These do not affect the sauna’s performance or structural integrity. Small blemishes or scratches can be gently sanded with fine-grain sandpaper. Please avoid treatments containing high concentrations of alcohol, as they may discolour the wood.

2-Year Electrical Warranty:

The electrical components of your sauna are covered for two years. Please note that all sauna stoves must be installed by a qualified electrician in compliance with Part "P" of government regulations. Failure to use a certified installer will void the warranty.
